About this website

These terms apply to suciporcelain.com, the SUCI Porcelain / 素瓷 online store. For questions about the website or an order, contact hello@suciporcelain.com.

Products and presentation

Please review the selected variation, dimensions and included items before ordering. Sizes are approximate. Hand-shaped porcelain may vary in form, colour and finish from piece to piece. Floral names describe artistic inspiration rather than botanical identification.

Styling props, fragrance oils, incense sticks, stands and display domes are not included unless the selected listing expressly states otherwise. Accessories are sold separately when available.

The homepage presentation film uses AI-assisted motion. It is a visual interpretation; product photographs and specifications should guide your selection.

Prices and ordering

Prices are displayed in US dollars. The selected items, discounts and shipping charges are shown before payment. Please check your order and delivery information carefully. Availability is limited to the quantities offered for sale.

When an item is marked “Coming soon” or unavailable, it is not open for purchase. To request an order change or cancellation, contact us promptly with your order reference; we will review its processing status and explain the available options.

Delivery and returns

Delivery destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Return requests and arrival damage are handled under our Returns and Refund Policy. Please contact us before sending a return.

Care and use

Handle delicate porcelain with care and follow the instructions provided with the selected piece. If using a piece as an oil diffuser or incense holder, follow its care guidance and the oil or incense manufacturer's instructions. Keep fragrance oils away from flames and embers, use the two methods separately, and never leave burning incense unattended.

Privacy and website content

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Please use the website lawfully. Permission may be required before reusing photographs, films, text or other protected content.

Customer rights and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For website, order or policy questions, email hello@suciporcelain.com.
