How does free shipping work?
The merchandise subtotal must be US$49 or more after discounts. Shipping charges and taxes do not count toward this threshold. Use your membership email at checkout.
Where does member shipping apply?
Member shipping applies to supported destinations in the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Standard shipping is US$10 when an order does not qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery is 8–14 business days including transfer in China. SUCI Porcelain covers import duties and import taxes. Existing destination exclusions and returns policy apply.
