How should I handle a porcelain flower?
Support the piece from its base. Avoid lifting it by the petals or narrow decorative details. Product-specific cleaning instructions will be provided with the final collection.
Can I use oils or burning incense?
Do not infer compatibility from styling photographs. The intended use, compatible fragrance type and any separate holder requirements will be confirmed for each product.
Are stands, domes and incense included?
Display accessories are separate products in this catalog. The contents of each flower order will be stated explicitly before launch. Incense is not currently available as a separate item.
Are the photographs of the exact variation?
Choosing a colour or size shows its corresponding supplier-provided SKU photograph. The additional gallery photographs show the product family and may include other colours or styling accessories.
What are the dimensions?
Approximate width and height from our workshop’s image labels are shown for each flower variation. Weight and packaging details are still being collected.
Where do you deliver, and how do returns work?
Delivery destinations, shipping charges, time estimates and return terms are still being prepared. These will be available before orders are accepted.
