Change-of-mind returns

Contact hello@suciporcelain.com within 15 days of receiving your order to request a change-of-mind return. Include your order reference and the item you wish to return.

Returns are sent to our designated return address in mainland China. Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs, which may be substantial. Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct address and return instructions.

Return condition and ordinary exchanges

For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and its original packaging must be intact. If you would like a different item, please request a return first and place a new order separately. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund processing

We will process an approved refund within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected. The time taken for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Arrival damage

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order reference and photographs of the damage. Please retain the packaging while we review the issue. Contact us before sending a damaged piece back.

Refund and replacement enquiries

We will review your request and confirm the applicable refund or replacement arrangements with you. For questions about a return or an existing refund request, contact hello@suciporcelain.com with your order reference.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
